At Domus Letteratura art is not merely words or images, it penetrates deeply, nourishing all the senses. Here, the communal table becomes a space for ritual, a venue for philosophical debates and a source of joy. Flavour and cuisine are elevated to the status of an artistic spectacle.

Our original culinary experiences are created in collaboration with Cinzia Massa – an enthusiast, head chef at the renowned Bio Ristoro Cristo Re in historic Bienno, and a biologist by training.

Cinzia treats the kitchen like an alchemical laboratory. Her scientific knowledge and deep respect for nature enable her to create recipes in which every ingredient has its own rationale and history. Wild herbs, forgotten plants from the gardens and vineyards of the Valcamonica valley, and fresh, local organic produce come together in her hands to form masterful, aesthetically pleasing compositions.
